What happens when you install it.

It gives you a real Mac app
The installer puts Project Timebook in Applications, where it behaves like any other Mac app.

It offers start at login
Choose the recommended option and it starts minimized and out of the way whenever you sign in to your Mac. Change it anytime in Settings.

It asks about calendars
Use calendars already on this computer, point it at an .ics file, or choose no calendar. It reads nothing until you choose.

You set your exclusions
Go to Privacy and set your bank, password manager, and anything personal to Never before you do anything else.
Before you install anything
Nothing you record is uploaded.
Project Timebook writes your activity to an encrypted file on your own disk. It has no server to send it to, no analytics and no telemetry. The only thing we hold about you is the email on your account and whether it holds a licence.
