Recover the whole day
Project Timebook records which program and window were in front of you, minute by minute, while away time remains away time. It is not a screen recorder or a keylogger.
For billable work
Project Timebook is automatic consultant time tracking for the work you did between calls, documents, email and browser tabs. Review the timeline at the end of the day, generate a client brief from what it recorded, then export the report.

Pick a period and press Generate. It reads the apps and documents it recorded and writes a detailed, client-ready brief. No projects to set up and nothing to file. Add manual entries for a drive or call.

Build a report for any date range, group by application or day, apply your preferred rounding increment, and export CSV.

Captured activity lives in an encrypted local database. Exclude sensitive apps before they are recorded, or use a strict allowlist.
If you sell time, a missing hour is revenue you cannot invoice. Manual timers make you track the tracking. Project Timebook reverses that: it gives you a calm record of the day, then writes a clean client brief and billing report from it.
Project Timebook is designed for the person doing the work. It has no workforce dashboard, no remote admin console and no cloud activity archive. It does not take screenshots, log keystrokes, or send raw captured activity to Lee Wyatt Corp.
Project Timebook is free after required WyConnect sign-in during early access. It has been tested on Intel Macs only. Windows and Linux are coming soon.
