This is individual desktop software for consultants, contractors and small agencies. It has no manager dashboard, no team surveillance console and no cloud copy of your captured activity. The timeline and raw window titles stay in a local encrypted database on the computer that recorded them.

Privacy is a recording rule, not a hiding trick

Set an application to Full, App only or Never. A Never app is excluded before a row is written, so its name and title are not merely hidden in the interface. You can also run a strict allowlist when you only want selected applications recorded.

Turn work history into billable hours

Add manual time for work away from the computer, split a block when it contains two jobs, and export a report grouped by application or day. Choose exact time or the billing increment you use. When you need to update a client, press Generate and it writes a detailed brief from the apps and documents it recorded.
